The pack contains two separate 5-litre tins, 10 litres in total. Open one at a time and keep the other sealed, away from light and heat. Follow the best-before date on each package.
The tinplate tin already protects the oil from light. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources such as radiators or the oven.
